General terms and conditions for the use of carpediemsithonia.com

The present General Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement that governs the relationship between Carpe Diem Apartments, in its capacity as the administrator of the website carpediemsithonia.com (the site), and its end users.

This agreement applies to the informational services and systems accessible through the Site, its mobile versions, as well as any other applications and services that are or may be linked to the site.

Subject of the agreement

Carpe Diem Apartments provides the User with access to the Services through the Website, subject to the good faith, strict, and mindful compliance with the rules and requirements of these general terms and conditions.

The provision of the Services does not include the supply of computer and/or other client equipment (end devices for Internet access) or connectivity for the transmission of information packets between the User and the website, which are necessary for accessing the site.

As the provided Services are diverse and continuously supplemented, modified, and developed to improve their quality and efficiency, Carpe Diem Apartments may change them and the conditions of their provision at any time.
