RULES FOR THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF Carpe Diem Apartments

Dear guests, for a pleasant and trouble-free stay at Carpe Diem Apartments, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the rules.

When the client (representative of the group) makes a reservation, they enter into a contractual relationship with Carpe Diem Apartments and accept the following general terms and conditions.
By making a reservation at Carpe Diem Apartments, it is understood that the guests have read and agreed to this internal regulation, which is available on the official Carpe Diem Apartments website: www.carpediemsithonia.com.

Each reservation is guaranteed only after payment is made. Payment must be made:
- via bank transfer within 2 working days after reserving the selected dates;
- through the Revolut system to a mobile number within 2 working days after reserving the selected dates.

Cancellations of confirmed reservations can be made without penalty up to 30 calendar days before the check-in date. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation.
For cancellations between the 30th day and 5 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation amount will be retained. For cancellations within 5 days of check-in or in case of no-show on the check-in date, 75% of the reservation amount will be retained. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation.
In case of early departure or shortening of the stay for all or part of the guests in the reservation, no amounts will be refunded.

Check-in is self-service.
The day before your check-in date, you will receive a code at the email address you provided during the reservation, which you can use to unlock the key box and collect the two keys for use during your stay at Carpe Diem Apartments. The code will be valid for the duration of your stay, and you can use the key box multiple times.
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. Early check-in may be possible by prior arrangement, if there is no previous reservation that needs to be cleared on the same day.
It is forbidden to use Carpe Diem Apartments for parties, events, or noisy gatherings.
Anyone making a reservation is required to provide their first name, last name, and ID number online, in accordance with Greek legislation.

Check-out is self-service.
Please leave the keys in the dining area or in the key box and close the main door upon check-out.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Later check-out may be possible with prior arrangement, provided there is no other reservation on the same day.

Protecting your personal data is important to us. We value the trust you place in us by choosing to stay at Carpe Diem Apartments and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information you provide. We strictly adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your personal data is processed only in compliance with the established requirements of the Tourism Law. This information will be used only in connection with your reservation and will not be shared with third parties for any other purposes.

Clients using the services of Carpe Diem Apartments must be adults according to Bulgarian legislation (18 years or older). Children are permitted only if accompanied by their parents or legal representatives.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Carpe Diem Apartments. Designated smoking areas are available on the terrace and in the outdoor spaces.

Noise is prohibited in outdoor areas between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
After 10:00 PM, shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, creating unnatural noise, using sound systems, or launching fireworks and pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden in outdoor areas. Any noise that disrupts public order or the peace of neighbors is not allowed. Fireworks and pyrotechnics are not permitted within the courtyard of Carpe Diem Apartments.
In cases of public order disturbances (loud noise or music after 10:00 PM) and if neighbors report the issue to the authorities, guests assume full responsibility for resolving the matter, including payment of fines or other penalties imposed by the authorities.

Guests agree to treat the property of Carpe Diem Apartments with care and attention. Guests are responsible for the property during the rental period and ensure that all doors and windows are locked in cases when they are absent and not on the premises of Carpe Diem Apartments. Any action or inaction by the guest(s) or accompanying persons that may void or affect the property's insurance and/or result in damage or loss is their responsibility.
Guests are required to adhere to accepted standards of behavior and ensure that all accompanying individuals act in an appropriate and reasonable manner. Illegal or immoral activities, including vandalism, drug use, or possession and use of firearms, are strictly prohibited.
All guests are expected to comply with the above rules and accepted norms of behavior. Carpe Diem Apartments reserves the right to request the departure of any guest(s) who violate these rules without refund of the reservation payment.
If you cause damage to Carpe Diem Apartments during your stay, you may be charged up to €1000 after departure.
